All the years that I've had ducks I have NEVER had one go Broody for me. I gave a friend about 8 ducks about 4 years ago and those ducks hatched out a bunch of eggs for her.

I have Always had my chickens hatch my Duck eggs for me.

Wonder what Ducky will be like when it grows up. Hopefully if it turn out to be a girl it would be more like yours and not your friends. Got enough broodies. One of the silkie you gave me laid 1 egg and then went totally into broody mood. I was like "SERIOUS???".

They're too deep in that thing, can't reach haha and they take turns sitting, so they're never off the nest. Guess they think I stole their eggs last time (the rotten ones)

So upset. My sister left my dad's dog outside and it killed Ducky and my only wynodotte . Now all the ones I really want to keep are either dead or roo(which I cannot keep)
