I had a bag of peat moss I am using on my poop board right now, but I can't really tell the poop from the peat moss. Hahaha! It is not working too well.

Decided to try the PDZ. Put a half inch layer across the bottom of the pan, so I can scoop and sift.

I've heard sweet PDZ is awesome. I'm seriously thinking about using it but they only have the powder kind at my local store. I wanted the granulated stuff.

Ok...update time.....

I tried the PDZ for a good week now. Cleaned the coop a few times and applied it a couple different ways. It isn't bad, though it is still pretty gross. I don't mind cleaning it, though I don't think it does what it is advertised to do unless used in the larger coops in the bedding. Reminds me a lot of kitty litter with the scooping. I seems to do well against odor, though I never let it build up to that point anyway. I may try it again when I put them in the larger coop; though for now, I've decided to try pine shavings.
