Salutations friendly fowl friends!
While we just registered with BYC, we have spent hours reviewing comments in forums and articles here as brand new chicken and duck parents, and all have been extremely helpful! Our ladies are so happy!!
We live in Alaska, and need winter hardy critters.
We currently have 6 seven week old golden sex links, and just got 2 one week old Ancona ducklings. All are being raised for eggs and general happiness for the family.
Included in the family are two 12 year old cats, one of which has taken it upon himself to protect the ladies, which is just adorable.
How did I hear about BYC? simple Google search, but I intend on telling all new feather parents about this site!
