** Alberta, Canada looking for Lakenfelder, Saxony and Bourbon Red **

Looking for Lakenfelder chicken, Saxony ducks and Bourbon Red turkey.
I would drive within Alberta or pay for shipping for the right stock, especially if only
day old chicks. Just do not want to deal with the import, unless someone knows how
to do this maybe?!

Strombergs has the Lakenvelders and the Bourbon Red's, but doesn't have the ducks. It said something about extra shipping for Canada, but i'm not sure.

Thanks, but the problem is they are a US hatchery.
I think it`s pretty difficult to get them accross the border?!

So I looked and you are correct, it sounds like there is a way. It`s late to call,
but I have send them an email and see what kind of answer I get. I only seen
they do not ship internationally, but Canada is listed different. That be so great
if we can ad some other bloodlines. The only thing they list "golden Lakenfelder",
to my knowledge there is no such thing. They sound like they are "Vorwerk" a
similar looking Dutch breed. But am always happy if I can find some options.

So they do not ship ANY live birds to
Canada. Only equipment. Thats what
I thought, but now I know. Found someone that does the border crossing, so may team up to get some other lines into Alberta that way.
