Albino quail egg?

well is almost the 3rd week and my little quail babys are growing up. Since i was too busy to go to village and too cold for my baby quail to live outside in the winter, i am keeping them in my balcony in a big box with a 100wat lamp witch only warms the nearby chicks... and i noticed that all of the birdies head are having malfunksion in the neck since the box is small and they keep the head in one side to look up .,, hope their neck will be straightened next week when i think they can live outside without lamp. at night is almost 0 grade celsius durin the winter and it might freeze so thats why i worry and i keep these chicks in my veranda . yesterday one of them falled from my hand dont know how but just right after 3 min he splashed i the floor.... stoped breathing and died in my hand. i tried cpu , moved all parts of its body to reanimate her but so unlucky. my wife is still mad at me, she thinks i kill it since sometimes i get mad at them and look like i am gonna kill them all 🤐 by the way the white texas a&m is growing too. i am feeding them with 19% protein food but i m adding milk powder protein to the food to enrich it.... here are some dumb photos

Boiled eggs? goat yoghurt? dry cat food they have told me. Try nutritional yeast B12. Wry neck will stay like this if not treated. Maybe put a bigger box. This has openings and draft is not good for them. I put a cardboard cover with an opening for the light. Your Texas is very sweet ☺️.

I'm guessing that your birds aren't getting the right nutrition. Boiled eggs, insects, dry cat food are all good suggestions. Wry neck is usually something that can be treated once it's there. Quail can live with wry neck, but I wouldn't breed them.

well i bought food but i read on the label that is for turkey chicks 19-20% protein so i had to buy extra powder protein to mix it with the food so it might increase the protein level. tomorrow they are exactly 3 weeks old so after the 4rth week or 5th week this little chick food must be replaced with food for bigger chickens? if i add corn in the food? by the way its cold outside and only one 100wat traditionally lamp is on in one corner... hope they wont get sick bcs i see in the morning their poop are liquids. cant wait for the next weekend to send them to my farm on proper cage . i will never put incubator back to work during the winter anymore in the future. i just wanted to see the white egg what will come out and i end up with 30 quails... 90% of them are males. only 3-4 females
