Albon (5%) dosage for poult?

Friends poult has suspected cocci. She has albon 5% on hand. We can't find any dosage info for 5%. I realize that 5% isn't usually given for birds, but it's the same med and she has it on hand. Anyone here know how much of this for a poult?
