Albon for sour crop?

You chick is suffering from coccidiosis not sour crop.
Since I am not familiar with Albon I have no idea how much or how often you are to be using it.

Vet prescribed my 8 week old chick albon for sour crop. I’m unable to find much online of people using it for this. Any thoughts?

What does the Albon look like? Can you post a photo of the bottle you have?
What dosing amount did the vet prescribe?

So Cocci can cause the enlarged crop? It is a yellow liquid in a syringe. I gave the vet her weight and he used a formulary based off of that. This is day 2/5.. hope things get better from here.

How are you administering it and what is the dose?

It is pre packed in dosed our syringes. Not sure what the dose is at this moment.

Any advice on wether I can use a wormer while my chicken is on Albon? I just want to be sure I’m covering all the bases.
