Hi, I'm new in this website, I got a Red Factor Canary, the store told me he is a male, but I'm no sure about, but I really don't care about so far, I'll give my little friend the time to know me better and be more confident and in the future I would like to breed canaries. I love them!

Glad you're here !

A must have for your poultry is a FIRST AID KIT for any issues that would arise. (https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/suggestions-for-a-first-aid-kit.1150128/)
It's definitely better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.
First Aid Kit indeed. I had cockatiels and they always would get spooked in the dark if they heard a loud noise. They would flap their wings and fall off the perch and lose a feather and bleed. Styptic powder is good to have in your kit. If a toenail is cut to short, this powder also helps with that to control bleeding.
