built a gate to connect the new coop to the old coop to make it easier to get around.

this panel was all wood before. I was happy with the wire supports we put up, I think it will keep the wire from dropping and dragging on the top of the gate.

Added nesting boxes. these 2 seemed to like them. I am thinking long and hard about who I will move into the middle coop now that there are inhabitants in both ends. Not sure if I am going to set up another breeding pen or segregate roosters
...

added 2x2's to some of the roosting bars, I think aart suggested that the existing bars looked a little narrow? After watching birds on them I decided adding the 2x2 would help. I ran out of boards and am currently waiting for my local home depot to get more in... sigh
I also ran extension cords so I can add light and water deicers.
