Alittle piece of advice for someone new...

My shed is the same style as this- https://www.backyardchickens.com/web/viewblog.php?id=8490-Hot_Wings_Hotel . It is 10x16 with a partition wall (30" tall) down the center. The partition is hardware cloth the rest of the way up. The back wall has a 2x4 rv hand crank window with a box fan and a 2x2 gable vent above that. The front doors have to stay open all the time. Vents along the 16 foot wall can't be done because of the drafts in the winter. And a wind turbine ventilation fan on the roof. Not much more wall space to put holes in for ventilation without causing drafts?

Any Ideas?

Consider a coop you can transition between seasons. We do this for our coop and horse stalls. Coop is made of metal square tubing and R panels. We remove some R panels in the summer to get more ventilation, but keep shade and in the winter we button it back up. Pretty simple process. For the horse stalls we have metal square tubing with stall channel so we can remove boards in the summer for a breeze and put them back up for winter. Instead of building a coop for one season build it so it can work for all seasons.

We remove 1/2 the 2x12's in the summer.

If you want to keep the shed put windows in it or some sort of ventilation going in each direction, on all 4 walls so you can get ventilation the way the wind is blowing, that you can close up in the winter. You can either put in real windows or go with holes with wire cloth over them and plywood covers to board up in the winter.
