Alkaline Diet

I have read that eggs are acidic. I am on an alkaline diet and therefore, feed my chicks lots of veggies with high alkaline content. Will this make the eggs lower in acid?

Do not remember ever seeing anything about the chickens diet affecting egg pH, it all seems to be handling/storage of the egg after it is laid. But most studies are going to be done on commercial flocks and their diet does not vary much.
