All 3 Roos????

I have Orpingtons (mix buff/Lavender) I have 1 I know is a roo (he is getting shiny green tail feathers and crows) they are 12 weeks old. The other one i'm not sure of.. I thought he was a roo but not although his feet are larger then the others that I believe to be hens "his" tail looks different then the other roo and his comb, earloabs and waddles are not as red. I will label pics #1 Blondie = crows, #2 Tuco = roo I'm questioning, #3 Angel= I'm 99% sure Roo even though he doesn't crow he is getting green tail feathers. What do you all think???

In comparison to the pullet that is out of frame . . I'd say you have 3 cockerels.

All boys. They don't all mature at the same rate.

Edit: I also wanted to note that a green sheen to dark feathers doesn't indicate that it's a male.
