I have one 8.5 week GLW pullet that seems to prefer to be off by herself. She doesn't get picked on or anything. She does interact with the others. This morning every one is under the coop in their chicken pile while she is out on the roosting bar.

Should I be concerned about this?

I agree with @sourland. She's probably just a bit of a loner. Still, it would be a good idea to keep an eye on her for awhile. Chickens often don't show signs of being ill until they're about to crash. It's self-protection kind of thing. If she fluffs herself up or stops eating/drinking, then you'll need to be concerned.

She is doing all of that. I'm just a worry wart. I know they are pretty hearty little creatures but they look soo fragile.
I've got a couple who prefer to be alone sometimes. When they're all out foraging together one will go off by herself and do her own thing. Sometimes forage alone, sometimes take a nap or a dust bath by themselves. I think everybody and everything likes alone time every once in a while :)

She still does chicken stuff with the others. She just likes to go off by herself a lot.

I have a hen that does that all the time. She's about five and is always free-ranging by herself. Call, "Here, chicky, chicky," when I'm going to throw out some treats, and she runs just as fast as the rest to stand in front of me.
