All but one egg has pipped

hi so I went in to lock down with seven eggs and three have hatched three are still pipped and one is just not pipped at all it is day 21 of incubating so I’m getting a little worried when should I help does it still have a chance of hatching a little late thanks for your help

Are you sure there is a chick inside? I would give it another day or at least wait till morning to help. You are talking about helping the egg that has not pipped not the eggs that are pipping right? I am not an incubation expert but I would check out the article section about hatching and helping chicks hatch I am sure that there is great information there. Hope this helps crossing my fingers for your chickies
