All chicks in brooder suffering from this:

All of them are suffering of this to some degree. It's only on their backs under their wings. Guineas also have it. Ideas?? Part of me wonders if I burned them. The brooder I built had a seam I didn't staple enough and they were getting out. I had them in a large dog kennel for 2 days. I didn't keep the light on during the day just turned it on at night. It was pretty close to them but the kennel is really large so I thought they had plenty of room to get away from it. I just don't know.
 
Looks like they are picking on each other. For some reason they like to start on the back. Give them something else to distract them. I have used suet blocks, millet sprays and I just saw a hen scratch block that looked interesting :)
 
Hmm. Ok. I threw some scratch block in there and fresh fruit. I didn't see this when I put them in the kennel so maybe they got bored in the smaller brooder? They're back in the dinning room table converted and fixed brooder which is really large. Hoping they don't do it again.
