Is it okay to give your chickens and roosters the all flock feed? We have calcium set up to the side for the chickens. This seems to be the best we can get because we can't afford any expensive feed for them.

I feed all my chickens after 10 weeks a Poultry feed with 18 to 20% Protein.
Either a Non-medicated Starter Grower or a All-Flock/Flock Raiser crumble.
Whichever is fresher or available when I'm at TSC.
I have Oyster Shells in a separate container. 20181214_095753.jpg .
My Pullets are 7 months and my Hens are 35 months. GC

Thank you!

X2... except I start this feed from day 1. I integrate my chicks at 3-4 weeks, so using one feed for everyone is pretty much a must, but it's my preferred feed approach regardless

We have nine 5-week old chicks, two 2-3 week old ducklings and two 1-week old ducklings. We are currently feeding them all the medicated starter/grower crumbles and supplementing niacin for the ducks in their water. They have all been kept in the house and only been outside once due to weather.

Should I switch to a Flock Raiser? It has the niacin ducks need and would make feeding time easier. Should I be worried about Coccidiosis when we put the chickens outside at 6-7 weeks?

Thoughts? Suggestion? TIA
