I currently have 9 and 12 week old chickens eating grower/finisher. I have new baby chicks coming next week. I know the babies eat starter feed, but when they eventually join the rest of the flock, how do I feed everyone when I will at that point have lying hens and still young non laying hens? Would feeding all flock be the best option? My 12 week old is naturally losing feathers right now and I also wasn’t sure if I should be feeding feather fixer? Does she need more protein? Do I mix feeds together?? I go in the stores and see so many options for feed and I honestly don’t know what I should be doing now or in the future when we are beyond grower/finisher. I’d like to switch from Dumor to a different brand as well.

No.
Nutrena Naturewise Feather Fixer has at least 3.25% Calcium. That's to much for a 12 week old.

I have Hens and 2 week old Chicks.
My Chicks are eating Medicated Purina Start & Grow.
My Hens are eating Nutrena Naturewise Starter-Grower Non-Medicated with Oyster Shells in a separate container.
Both are 18% Protein and I like both Brands.
My Chicks will switch to the Non-Medicated Starter-Grower after 10 weeks, when the Medicated bag is empty.
I haven't fed a Layer feed in 2 years. I have a retired Hen, and 4 that are laying.

Non-Medicated Starter-Grower and all Flock/Flock Raiser type feeds can be fed to all ages.
You do need to offer Oyster Shells for the Hens with both types of feed. 20181214_095753.jpg . GC
