All Hatched—Removing shells?

Hi all! Just wondering—both of our baby chicks have hatched and are completely separated from the egg shells—possible to quickly remove shells? OK to leave shells? Help! Thanks

Its okay to leave them but if you want the shells out take them out. It wont hurt them to lift the lid.
