All Hatched.....Take them out tonight?

I had 4 eggs in the bator and the fourth one hatched about an hour ago. Is it safe to take them out tonight and put them in the brooder or do I need to wait till tomorrow?
 
As long as they look all dried off and fluffy it will be fine to take them out tonight. If not it will be safe to leave them in there another day also. Good luck! And congrats~!
