How old are the chickens and what are you feeding? How are they acting--alert, active, eating and drinking well? Foamy poo can sometimes be a sign of worms, but diarrhea can be from respiratory or intestinal infections, but also just from drinking a lot of water.

Thanks from your reply all the birds are between 7 -12 months old

I was lucky to visit your beautiful country and The Ring of Kerry once--my favorite vacation ever.
If you have a veterinarian locally who could do a test for coccidiosis or worms on some fresh droppings, I would. There are wormers available, such as albendazole or levamisole, and maybe others that you could get from a vet. Fenbendazole for sheep and goats would be very good, maybe available in feed stores. Observing your chickens to make sure they are alert, active, bright-eyed, and eating normally is the best way to know if something is wrong.
