A friend of mine had that happen. Got hers from her ffa group they guaranteed they were both female. She sent me pics a month later and my response was “Honey those are both roosters” hey as long as you’re not in one of those no rooster zones the bachelor flock is a great idea!Just because they were sexed (aka, male chicks thrown into the grinder), doesn't mean that they are guaranteed to be female. About 10% turn out to be males since the process is full proof. You very likely have all roosters. Which is fine! Just start a bachelor flock! : )
Because they are also male. Where did you get these supposedly sexed pullets?Ok so my chickens are still young. I have one that I'm sure is a rooster and crows. Well now the hens (very sure as they were sexed) are now crowing as well! They take turns but why are my hens now crowing?
