All kinds of new feed on the market!

I've been looking at chicken feed online and there are so many new brands in the 5 years since we had chickens.

I notice some feeds are complete pellets or crumbles, while some look like a mix that includes whole grains. Personally, I would avoid the ones with the whole grains mixed in--the chickens will tend to pick out their favorite parts and spill/waste the rest. This means you buy more food, and the chickens don't get the right nutrition.

We already get free shipping with so many small animals around the house guinea pigs, dogs, cats, chickens. with feed, supplies, toys, bedding it adds up fast!

Keep in mind, that shipping is not 'free' as it's usually worked into the product prices, especially on heavier items.
