All my chickens are laying

A of my chickens are finally laying they have 3 nesting boxes but will only go in one which is causing some fighting what should I do? Also if one of them gets disrupted she screeches like a velociraptor!

It’s clearly the best box. There’s really nothing you can do as long as you are providing enough boxes. I have a picture of 3 of my 4 girls in the same box at one time. They’ll work it out.

That's normal for mine. One time I found a lady on top of another in the nest. What a sight. Lol

During the day, take some of their eggs out of that favorite box and put them all in another. Collect at end of day as usual, repeat until they begin using the other box. (Or use fake eggs)

Mine use the same one too unless they just can't hold it any longer. I believe one of my purposefully lays in the run when there is someone in the 'favorite' box. I too have seen more than 1 in a box at a time, the big Brahmas! lol.
