It wouldn't hurt to give her calcium citrate tablets as suggested to see if it fixes the issue, but it might also resolve itself in time.

We are going to hold off on the calcium for now and just add OS. Surprisingly, the egg was a double yolk and Hubby said it/they tasted just fine.
