All my chicks are dying

I bought a 8 red production pullets, 2 Cornish rocks, and 4 straight run bantams on March 1,2011...About a week or two ago I noticed that the 2 rocks were staggering around. a couple of the reds were as well but not to the extent the rocks were. A family member thought it was Marek's and said there was nothing I could do. I have suffered a few more loses since then and now the Bantams are showing the same signs and symptoms. When they walk they often flap their wings when walking to balance and sometimes drag a wing to prop themselves up. Ive also noticed that they beaks of the sickest birds are becoming pliable. You can bend them easily with a finger and they dont line up top and bottom. I am wondering if it is Marek's or if I may have another problem.
