All my girls laid today for the first time!!

Hi all, just had to share the exciting news! We have had this small flock of four since October and today was the first day that all 4 laid eggs together! Yeah. I was surprised since it was cold here, only about 5 degrees. Go girls!!

Congrats! Give the girls an extra treat for laying in such cold temps. And be sure to blow out those firsts and save them!

Weird! Our 3 girls just started laying 2 days ago.

Maybe NH chickens have to be chilled first like tulip bulbs.
