Only you folks here will understand my excitement.
When I opened their pop hole this morning & peeked in, all 6 girls were roosting!
5 on the middle roost & poor little Belinda on the bottom roost by herself, but roosting nonetheless!
3 of them seem to be vying for top hen... at what age do they work it all out? Will they all continue to roost together, or will they split off into groups? This whole chicken social order business is pretty fascinating.
