All Night Light

I've just started leaving a 7.5 watt light on at night. Should I leave it on all night or just for a few hours?

In my opinion, it doesnt really matter as far as the chickens are concerned......if its easier for u to turn it on and kkep it on, then go with that.

It disturbs their sleep patterns if you leave it on all the time. Just leave it on long enough to have 14-15 hours of light.
