All of my chicks roll around in the dirt, what does it mean?

This behavior of dust bathing is actually used to clean off the excess oils they rub on to themselves during preening.
 
OH... F.Y.I.
They will do this where you DON'T want them to! LOL.....
You have a favorite area, they will figure it out.... dig their hole.... and tear it up... So, if you have something precious you dont want layered in dirt or dug around.... better cover it with something!
They give zero S$%#@ where they do these :lau
