All Roos?

The chicks are only 3 weeks and already showing red. They are EE's. Does this mean they are all roos? There is a head shot then a side shot for each of the three.

EEs are notoriously slow to mature.
That said, typically cockerels will have three rows to their combs, while pullets do not.
It’s a bit hard to tell from the pics, but my initial guess is that the first two may be cockerels.
