All stopped laying and now dying..

please help - we havent had an egg laid by all 9 girls in almost a month. There has been no change to environment or feed. I thought maybe it was from the malt. But i just had to put one girl down last week because i found her just flopping around on the ground. when i picked her up she weighed nothing. no meat. she just kept getting worse throughout the day. i feed twice a day and the feed is mostly always gone so its being eated. then this past weekend i have another girl down and shes quickly fading, i fear i may have to put her down in the next day or so as well so she doesnt suffer. I dont know what could be happening. has this happened to anyone else? they are all about 2.5 years old. hatched them all myself.

I don't think they are all egg bound at the same time, but I have never heard of this before.
