All the drakes can’t leave daffy alone

Yes you and others. Drakes are evil a lot of the time. She needs 3 more hens and a pen for Ms Daffy with no drake with her until the hormonal rage slow down with maybe some age.

That's right- I have one drake and he can be a little pushy with my rooster. I have 5 hens that keep hime busy though

I don't have ducks (yet) but if I do get some they will be totally separate from chickens.

They only go after daffy and don’t bother the other 2 hens I have daffy n daisy pinned together (just started) and the other 4 together . Is that ok

It's very common for males to have a favorite hen(s). You need to get rid of or separate 2 or all the boys to keep them from hurting and potentially killing your girls.

Welcome to BYC. 3 drakes gang breeding one duck hen = a recipe for disaster. They will either injure or potentially kill her - especially if they are breeding her in a pool/pond.
