All three Hens laying SMALL eggs

So all three of my ladies are laying small eggs. I'm very confused.

My Americana has been laying for 3 weeks and her eggs are all around 1.4oz - 1.7 oz
My Sliver laced Wyandotte Has been laying for about two weeks and her eggs are the exact same size..
My Speckled Sussex has been layed about 4 eggs and they are the SAME SIZE!!!

Is it possibly anything I've done? or did i just get the luck of the draw?

I have a Brahma and a unknown all black bird who will be laying in about 6 weeks. We will see then.

There is a Normal egg in the center for comparison.

They will get bigger my white rocks an GC's just started laying an at first glance u would think i had quails lol

I hope so. My past few flocks started smaller but they got almost full size within a week or so.
