all who are hatching quail

Our little quail has been laying for about 2 weeks, they have 7 eggs. Will she sit or should we take them to an incubator? We have no experience with quail.
They are Coturnix, I think

Its very rare for a coturnix to go broody so I would remove the eggs

Ok, maybe that's not what breed they are, as for the "eating"..no way. I just don't want them to die. I just wanted to know if she will sit or should I take them to an incubator.

Post a pic of them......I would suggest an incubator for most quail species

incubate them its rare for quail to sit in captitiy if they are corturnix its very rare most wont.

I have a white quail that will gather eggs into a pile and lay on them but if i bother her at all she won't go near them again.

Those that are incubating. Where did you get your original first batch of birds. I am trying to figure out why hatcheries want a run of 100. I want to start back this summer but was thinking of like 25 to start.

I got mine as adults from a guy who was getting rid of his stock locally
