all who are hatching quail

I inquired after some Manchurians from JMF. They told me that Vail's quail has some of their jumbo lines so if you want jumbos, try there. This morning I got up to three tiny baby snowflakes flopping around in my incubator. So now I am dealing with 5 three week old Jumbo cots, 7 week and a half old Buttons, and 3 (so far) newly hatched snowflakes.

I have a pair of golden coturnix quail. I have been incubating there eggs batches of 7 all are fertile and are hatching out healthy... i noticed on these past two hatches the babies are all light yellow with no markings.. is that normal???

Thats awsome! !make sure you raise the snowflakes. Separate they are very aggressive. .

Yep I sure did. So far 8 out of 11 have hatched too, a pretty great hatch rate for shipped eggs if you ask me!

I ordered some from there too i should be getting them tomorrow or tue.. i hatched some out with bobwhites and coturnix and they peck on there feet and heads.. so now i will raise them by themselves. . With a black light so they wont see each other lol

I received my eggs most of them were cracked the box looked ruffed up.. i took a pic and sent it to the seller hopefully they send me one more.. the A & M eggs are huge

Just set 120 more eggs tonight.... I didn't have much luck with the first lot after assuming the incubator would be simply set and forget straight from the factory. I didn't realise just how off the temp and humidity actually was. But I am alot more confident this time after spending 2 weeks running perfecting everything & taking temp & humidity readings throughout :)
