all who are hatching quail

Hi!!!
Ok!!!! It's day 18 for my 1st hatch of Jumbo Coturnix. I see no wiggling.... I set them at about 7pm 18 days ago... What is the norm with these little buggers?? Anybody?? I have 33 in there..turned at least 2-4x's for 14 days. Had a few temp fluctuations, but nothing crazy high, just a little low- like 90's.... it's been steady most of the time.

Yours are so cute!!!! I'm nervous that they won't hatch tonight. How long do you give coturnix ?? It's day 18

57 Coturnix eggs on day 16 and 15 eggs on day 14 today. Had a brief temperature spike of 102°. I also realized as I was candling (pulled 10 non starters/quitters) & putting into lock down that the set screw on my turner arm had come loose and wasn't turning the eggs properly. GRRRR!

Hoping I have some success!

Patience, Patience..Every incubator, hatcher is different. My northern bobwhite hatch 2 weeks ago took 5 days to hatch 45 . I literally was going to give up on the last 11, but left them in the hatcher..I'm glad I did..all hatched

All of my chickens hatched earlier than expected & now this whole quail thing has be on edge.
What incubator is best for hatching quail that holds like 50-100 eggs w/ a turner? I need ideas. My DIY bators are driving me crazy. I hope these hatch!!!!

I've been using a dickey w/auto turner for a number of years, my husband built a separate hatcher identical to the the dickey, works perfect!
