You can stop turning 4-5 days early without hurting anything. It's best to let it go all the way but it's not as critical as folks would think.

We ended up with 17 out of 22 hatching, not bad for first timers. The last one was stuck in the egg, so we helped it out. It's weak, but eating and drinking, So, we will see. Got a good breakdown of jumbo brown, Rosetta and A&M colors. Getting ready to put 38 more in the incubator.

I will be hatching them out 120 at a time. Don't have room for many more then that. I will sell most of them, the rest will likely go in the freezer. They are so cute

what doesn't sell goes on the grill and in the freezer we put 40 in the Freezer and 20 on the grill

what/how do you grill yours if you don't mind me asking? i wrapped mine in bacon but I'd like to try something different.
