I'm about to get some more Coturnix eggs in the next few days to hatch for meat purposes I have 53 that are 4 weeks old now. I'm about to put them in my grow out pen before I weigh and decided who is going to be dinner/ breading stock.

Sounds fun. I just killed a couple of my gambles and smoked them in my Traeger. Amazingly good!!! I hope to start posting quail recipes on my website in the near future.

hi all was wondering how many days it takes for georgia giant bob whites to hacth and what day do u put them into there look down stage where u stop turning there eggs ty for the advice and help

Hatched 40 coturnix a couple weeks ago. Now I only have 22 eggs out of 28 for my second hatch. Some were infertile. Just over a week to go

hi i am new at this i was thinking of hatching quail and try sale and hatch i enjoy doing chickens i would like to hatch big quantity i dont kn ware to sale the quail to i have big walk in incubator that i can do over 15000 quail eggs and over 6000 chicken eggs my dad i bulit this incbubtor for fun

Wow....that is a lot of chicks to manage. Good luck!! Between my Valley and Gambel's, I'm only projecting 100 eggs a day. You are going to need a huge operation in order to maximize your project.

A walk in incubator? Never heard of one before, can you post pictures? Selling that many quail would probably mean shipping them, seeing as I cant think of anyone buying 15000 quail chicks within driving distances...
