Allergic reaction!?!

One of my cinnamons seems to be having an allergic reaction

Is there anything we can do to help her? She's eating and drinking well, just looks so uncomfortable.

Welcome to BYC. What did you give her to cause a possible allergic reaction? Was she stung?

We didn't give her anything, she free ranges, thought maybe she ate an insect that tried to get even on the way down. No food change other then her own personal choices.

Any sneezing, gurgling, foul odor around the head area?
Is she able to swallow feed and water?

No abnormalities except the obvious swelling. Was very happy to see her drink eagerly and freely, also eating ok

If she were my dog I'd prolly give her a Benadryl.

If she has been stung or bitten by a poisonous insect/scorpion/snake; you can give children's Benedryl to your chicken. Dosage is 1/2cc given orally only once in a 24 hour period. After 24 hours are up, redose her only if necessary. Do not overdose.
