Allergies

Just wanting to see if anyone has information on wether ducks have allergies and how to tell if they are having a reaction. All I find online is people allergic to ducks. I want to start feeding my ducks different foods like tomatoes but don’t want them to have a reaction. with it being allergy season my one duck is having a puffy face now and then which I take it from him being having a allergy to the ragweed by their pen. I was wondering if anyone had any idea Please let me know.

I have honestly never heard of a duck having allergies, and more specifically food allergies. There is also ragweed all over the place here and I haven't noticed anything with my flock.

How is your duck's face 'puffy'? Is it just puffing out feathers, or is his face actually swollen?

It’s not just his feathers it’s around his eyes your can tell are puffy but after swimming his face seems to be fine but it comes and go and he’s six so not sure if it just old age
