So, my wonderful duck food that I had delivered to my house stopped delivering because of “too many broken bags”.
:barnie
(I never had a broken bag- it was always packaged very well!!!)

Anyways, we decided to start going to our local Feed & Seed... Sent my husband and told him to get All Flock with as close to 18% protein (that’s what their previous food was). He came back with All STOCK, 16%. I’ve attached a picture of the food and it’s basic breakdown.

Do you think this is alright? We’ve already opened it, so no returns.

This is what the Feed & Seed owner feeds to his chickens and geese with oyster shells. (We have oyster shells too).

The feed and seed guy feeds it to his birds? Interesting. This is obviously geared for mammals and not for poultry. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable feeding it to my birds. Nutrition requirements would be too different, I'd think. I'd feed layer or meatbird before this. :)

Doesn’t even say for poultry. I’d take it back it’s their fault they sold you the wrong feed

It does list on the back suitable for chickens- I think... I know there’s a picture of one! But ducks are different. The only thing I can really find “wrong” is the fiber is very high! Also, rice bran is a concern.
