With 6 weeks and they are wel feathered they can endure some cold. If its sunny and around freezing temps, the chicks can go out for some time. No experience myself, but I read from other BYC keepers this is no problem.
But it’s best to stay close because if they have trouble getting back to the warmth and start peeping you can put them back in.
