Almonds?

Do you know how much I spend a year on almonds for my biscotti recipes!!! OMG!!!!

Luckly I buddied up with our neighbor how has almond trees in his orchard (tiny year with 6 nut and fruit treats). I'm going to bring him some herb plants and see if I can get him to split with a bag full of almonds for my christmas orders!

You are soooooooooooo lucky, Freeze for sure!!!

I make fresh almond milk, after soaking the almonds overnight, and then sprinkle a little of the leftover almond pulp on say maybe some water scrambled egg and cooked kamut. Just a small treat for them. I also use my leftover almond pulp for baking items.

I found an opened bag of almonds... I'm not sure if anything got into them, so I don't consider them safe for human consumption. I want to feed them to the chickens. No one really answered the question on this thread... can I feed them to the chickens/turkeys?
