Almost 3 year old duck with original feathers

I have a batch of almost 3 year old ducks. 3 of them are Welsh Harleqins and 1 of those ladies has never molted after she first got her adult feathers. All my others have molted and produced new healthy feathers once a year at least. She is otherwise seemingly healthy and active. But her old feathers all look terrible and are breaking off and not growing back. She eats fine etc. All the others do too. Has anyone else had a duck that just doesn't molt? Is there anything I can do to encourage her to grow new feathers? They get plenty of duck feed (Kalmbach), BSFL, and peas or cucumbers for a treat.

I had one of my Muscovy miss her molt one year because she would not stop brooding no matter what I did. She did molt the next year. Only thing you could do is try to entice her to go broody then after she’s done she should molt. How to get one to go broody? Leave her eggs or use fake ones. And that’s no guarantee she’ll go broody but you never know till you try.
