Yes I have spoken to the neighbor, he was very sorry for what happened. He offered to reimburse me for the loss.

how did it get to your chickens?????

As he was doing the trailer plenty of it was sprayed over into our yard and the chicks didn't go inside when they were getting wet, when the neighbor was on a ladder and doing around the top he noticed the chicks were out and that he was soaking them. He had pulled the trailer about a foot away from our fence, so when using the high power sprayer it was going everywhere.
