I have four hens who have been living in the garage. They are almost 8 weeks and fully feathered. I live in COlorado, the nighttime temps can go down to 20 or 30. Is this old enough to fully live outside? I plan on moving them in with my existing flock once they can share their feed (18 weeks? advice on that too, please!).

Thanks!

As long as they've been weaned of heat they will be ok. It is my understanding that all of your chickens can eat the chick starter food, but you need to offer the older gals some oyster shells where the chicks can't get it.
