The only things I can think of is coop space, and having ventilation up higher to avoid drafts and so they can be open 24/7.
How many chickens do you have and how big is the coop?
And from what I can see, are there gaps around the very top?
Looks great though!

The nest door on the back, that looks like it's your access to the nests -- it swings UP? do you have something to latch the door that swings up to?

Honestly, I'd swing that door DOWN and have a eye/latch hook to hold the door.

Your feed tubes look cool but it looks like there is a 2x4 screwed in over the top of where you'd go to refill them. Not the cool swing door you made outside to reach that stuff... but on the inside...

Do the pipes sit behind that 2x4 and I just cannot tell?

The water cups look awesome - at first, when you first install them, but they get gross and dirty and poop covered and... you're gonna want nipples instead. Or, you're just gonna have to clean them a lot.

What do you need an automatic door for? Is the run not secure? and what I mean by that does it not have a hardware cloth skirt that extends around the base of it 18" out?

Also if that's just for 3 chickens it looks great! I wouldn't add any more.

Really beautiful build quality - very well done.
