It looks good. What are the measurements, both floor and ventilation? How many birds do you plan? What is your climate?

A few suggestions.
The roost bar is a bit on the high side. The chickens may be able to get up there but they will try to fly down and the coop isn't really big enough to allow a glide at an angle.
I would make the fronts of the nest boxes higher so they can't chuck the bedding out so easily.
The hens are going to have to jump from the floor into the nest boxes and the edge on the nest box front is rather thin. Perhaps fix a bit of a shelf.

Good ventilation!

I agree in re: the roosts being too high for the size of the coop. Chickens tend to "fly" -- which is really more like falling with style for most larger birds -- at about a 45-degree angle and can crash into walls if the roosts are too high for a good glide.

I’ll lower the back two roost to to make it easier on them.

8x4 OD, plenty of upper ventilation,going to put in a couple of 6x10 vents lower in the coop maybe more
