Yes the state and local laws say itās ok, now the deed restriction will follow as well. I did put a top limit on the number to get it to pass for the neighborhood and also for the Max size of the enclosure based on that top limit. No roosters...had to keep it quieter for the neighborhood. Iām pretty happy with the result, and it was overwhelmingly positive! The attorney for the community now will take the petition and file it and amend the deed restriction. So we are able to move forward and build our coop
