The world is full of stupid laws. I hope that owner knows about this website. Would help her to fight "the man". Speaking of stupid laws. Here in South Carolina it is illegal to keep a horse in a bathtub. Also, It is law you must bring a rifle to church on Sunday to ward off indian attacks. Wowsers, that one is out of date.
